She has 17 years of experience in dealing with Finance, Human Resources, Business Operations and Education Industry. She has been playing a vital role in analyzing and optimization of administration processes. She has expertise in generating ideas which helps employees in doing things faster, smarter and with high productivity.
She is a founder of DIMC (Disha Institute of Management & Commerce) which imparts management coaching to graduates and post graduate candidates.
She has been active in delivering motivational and leadership sessions to young Indians. And corporate trainings in areas of Finance, Costing, Analysis of processes, etc.
As a contributor she have been taking sessions in various business schools in Gujarat.
